How does the 30-day free trial work?

The monthly subscription is free for 30 days. You pay only the one-time $199 setup fee at signup (same across all plans), which covers PMS integration, voice provisioning, and onboarding. Cancel anytime within 30 days with no monthly charge.

Do overage rates apply during the trial?

No. Trial usage is hard-capped at the included tier limits — there are no overage charges during the trial. We will reach out at 80% of cap to discuss upgrading. Overage rates apply only after the trial converts to a paid plan.

What does the setup fee cover?

PMS integration (OpenDental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Curve, Kolla, NexHealth), voice provisioning (Twilio number, A2P 10DLC compliance for Growth), AI agent configuration with your clinic-specific prompts, and end-to-end testing. The fee is one-time and non-refundable.

Which dental PMSes do you support?

Open Dental, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Dentrix Enterprise, Eaglesoft, Curve Hero, Denticon, Carestack, Cloud9, Dolphin, OrthoTrac, PracticeWorks, and Athena — via direct integrations and middleware (Kolla, NexHealth). Custom integrations available on Enterprise plans.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at the end of any monthly billing cycle. Enterprise plans typically include a custom MSA with negotiated terms.

How does pricing work for multi-location practices and DSOs?

Pricing is per location, per month. Practices with 10+ clinics should contact sales for Enterprise pricing, which includes Call Center, Role Management (RBAC), dedicated CSM, SOC 2 documentation, and a custom SLA.

Is everything HIPAA compliant?

Yes. All plans include HIPAA compliance with a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). The BAA is signed at signup before any patient data flows through the system.

What happens if we exceed our usage cap?

On paid plans, published overage rates apply: $0.29 per voice minute, $0.06 per SMS, $2 per 1,000 emails. We notify you at 80% of cap so there are no surprises. If you consistently exceed your tier, sales will reach out to discuss upgrading.
